Promotion Terms and Conditions “September Promo”

§1 General Provisions

1. The organizer of the promotion is the owner of the online store torbysamochodowe.pl.
2. The promotion is conducted exclusively in the territory of the Republic of Poland via the online store available at: www.torbysamochodowe.pl.
3. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for participation in the “September Promo” promotion.

§2 Duration of the Promotion

1. The promotion is valid from 17 September 2025 to 31 October 2025 inclusive.
2. After this period, the promotion expires and does not apply to orders placed after its end.

§3 Promotion Rules

1. During the promotion period, all customers of torbysamochodowe.pl receive a 10% discount on the entire range available in the store.
2. The discount is automatically applied in the shopping cart during checkout.
3. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or loyalty programs, unless otherwise stated in the terms of the specific promotion.

§4 Limitations and Exclusions

1. The promotion applies exclusively to purchases made through the online store torbysamochodowe.pl.
2. The discount does not apply to shipping costs.
3. The organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of a customer for the promotion and to refuse to apply the discount in case of violation of the terms.

§5 Complaints

1. Complaints related to the promotion can be submitted electronically to the email address provided in the “Contact” section of the store's website.
2. Complaints will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt.

§6 Final Provisions

1. The promotion Terms and Conditions are available on the website of the store torbysamochodowe.pl.
2. The organizer reserves the right to amend the terms for important reasons, provided that such changes do not affect customers’ acquired rights.
3. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act, shall apply.
